Essays must not exceed 12 pages, including title, citations, and any footnotes. The text of the essay must be double-spaced, with twelve-point font and one-inch margins. Entries should reflect the style of Administrative Law News articles rather than law review style. Entrants are encouraged to review past copies of the News available at http://www.abanet.org/adminlaw/news/backpage.html - prior to drafting their submissions. Citations must be embedded in text or in footnote form; essays with endnotes will be disqualified. Cites must conform with the 18 th Edition of The Bluebook: Uniform System of Citation.
