a Persuasive Speech Covering the Assigned Topic
Should the U.S. Constitution be rewritten
and modernized? Why or why not?

One Note Card Allowed During the Speech Presentation

Time Limit: 5 Minutes
ü Business

1st Place
$300--2nd Place
$200--3rd Place
$100
1st 2nd and 3rd place winners will also receive a plaque.
All
competitors receive a DVD of their speech.
